Job Description:
OBJECTIVE
Responsible to create and follow up the daily program activities set up and clean up all events. follow the Kandima standards and to ensure the guest satisfaction and to be a concrete support for the Entertainment Manager
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge to instore a good ambiance in the resort through targeted activities
- Assists the manager in operations and ensures the success of the activities
- Assists the management in the day-by-day office operations
- Troubleshoots and maintains all the equipment's.
- Ensure that all Entertainment events and activities are ready on time
- Ensures that the work specified on the work order carried out quickly, accurately, skillfully, economically, efficiently, and completely.
- Immediately notifies to the Entertainment Manager if some issue happens
- Identifies upgrading needs for tools & equipment’s.
- Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment's
- Ensure equipment is operational, repaired, and cleaned when necessary.
- Adheres to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel and his area.
- Adheres to the set procedures for attendance and timekeeping.
- Assists his fellow workers on other trades, not related to his own work, and when necessary.
- Assist on any tasks related to the Entertainment required by Entertainment Manager.
- Interact with the guests and participate in activities in all Entertainment-related events (daily and evening).
- Able to work autonomously and find solutions for issues/problems that may arise in the workplace to ensure that the operations within the department is running smoothly.
