KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
• Create a safe environment for both staff and children to operate in.
• Lead a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide supervision and assistance to all children each day.
• Train, motivate and appraise the children’s club team to ensure the highest levels of service, and coordinate and deliver a training programme assuming responsibility for the development of the children’s club team.
• Develop positive working relationships with all departments.
• Help organize and host social events, deliver briefings and generally interact with guests at all times.
• Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by your manager according to training you have been given.

General

• Keeping updated on changes to other areas of resort product and communicating such information to the entire Security team on an ongoing basis.
• Maintaining excellent grooming and hygiene ensuring all grooming standards are met in relation to personal grooming and uniform presentation.
• Complying with Resort Safety & Environment policies, initiatives and legislation.
• Abiding by all Work Place Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations at all times.
• Abiding by the guidelines set out in the Employee Handbook.
