Recruitment Officer
Job Description:
OBJECTIVE
The Recruitment Officer provides essential support across a broad range of Human Resources functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, staffing, onboarding, work permit administration, and HR operational support. The role ensures that recruitment processes are efficiently executed, employee documentation is maintained to required standards, and HR initiatives are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and job offer preparation
- Actively source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, recruitment agencies, and talent pipelines.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Conduct two reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates and coordinate closely with the HR Administrator and HR Executive throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of joining documents, compliance requirements, and pre-employment checks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring progress updates.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate information and HR records.
Commencements
- Ensure all new employee documentation is completed in accordance with the commencement checklist for resort-based staff.
- Make welcome announcement to all new team members once the transfer is confirmed.
- Coordinate with Ktown Supervisor to prepare the welcome basket for the new arrivals
- Meet Team on arrival and do Ktwon orientation
Administration
- Maintain personnel files for all property grade Team
- Maintain Team database (Accommodation) in Fusion
- Track probation reviews from Fusion by every month
- Track performance reviews.
- Coordinate with HR administrator about the passport and Visa Cards.
- Assist Director of HR, Training Manager and Assistant HR manager in all HR functions
Accommodation
- Allocate rooms for new Team and book by fusion system
- Check rooms are clean for new arrivals
