Job Description:
Provide exceptional guest service while supporting departments like Front Office, F&B, Kids Club focusing on check-ins, guest inquiries, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations/Front Office: Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle inquiries, and assist with guest needs.
- Food & Beverage (F&B): Serve in restaurants, bars, or pool areas, ensuring high service standards.
- Operations Support: Assist in housekeeping, reservations, or administrative tasks, such as data entry and reports.
- Service Improvement: Provide feedback, assist with events, and learn internal software systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality management, tourism, or relevant program preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Chinese
