Job Description:

OBJECTIVE

  • Provide guests with a fully stocked and well-maintained Minibar on a consistent basis throughout their stay. Stock the mini-bar store and buggy with the necessary items, in order to maintain the par level on a daily basis.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for maintaining the Mini-bar store and buggy in terms of par stock, stacking and cleanliness.
  • Responsible for replenishment of Mini bar items in rooms.
  • Ensure refill reports are accurately filled out.
  • Ensure all checklists are followed, attended, filled, and signed as per requirements.
  • Complete daily mini bar store and buggy inventory.
  • Clean the mini-bar store and buggy in accordance with food & hygiene procedures and policies.
  • Ensure products in Mini-Bar are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove those products as necessary.
  • Inform Coordinator or manager, minibar requirements(requisition) and obtain stock from Main Store and store in the Minibar Store.
  • Ensure rotation of all mini-bar products as per first come first out.
  • Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in Minibar Store and Buggy.
  • Know the knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) system, raise checks as per consumptions.
  • Always display appropriate two-way phone etiquette.
  • Report all mini-bar concerns to Coordinator or Manager, including any guest issues.
  • Always maintain the highest level of customer service and display professionalism.
  • Follows all required safety standards, while on the buggy.
  • Should have buggy driving license
  • Minibar items should not be consumed or given to another team member.
  • Perform any other duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.
