Minibar Attendant
Job Description:
OBJECTIVE
- Provide guests with a fully stocked and well-maintained Minibar on a consistent basis throughout their stay. Stock the mini-bar store and buggy with the necessary items, in order to maintain the par level on a daily basis.
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maintaining the Mini-bar store and buggy in terms of par stock, stacking and cleanliness.
- Responsible for replenishment of Mini bar items in rooms.
- Ensure refill reports are accurately filled out.
- Ensure all checklists are followed, attended, filled, and signed as per requirements.
- Complete daily mini bar store and buggy inventory.
- Clean the mini-bar store and buggy in accordance with food & hygiene procedures and policies.
- Ensure products in Mini-Bar are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove those products as necessary.
- Inform Coordinator or manager, minibar requirements(requisition) and obtain stock from Main Store and store in the Minibar Store.
- Ensure rotation of all mini-bar products as per first come first out.
- Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in Minibar Store and Buggy.
- Know the knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) system, raise checks as per consumptions.
- Always display appropriate two-way phone etiquette.
- Report all mini-bar concerns to Coordinator or Manager, including any guest issues.
- Always maintain the highest level of customer service and display professionalism.
- Follows all required safety standards, while on the buggy.
- Should have buggy driving license
- Minibar items should not be consumed or given to another team member.
- Perform any other duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.
