Job Description:

OBJECTIVE

To provide support in PlaySpace, We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Game Assistant with 2 years of experience in a games center or VR gaming environment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a fun and engaging experience for our guests. This role involves assisting customers with game setups, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers warmly and provide guidance on game selection, rules, and equipment usage.
  • Assist customers with setting up and operating gaming consoles, VR equipment, and other interactive games.
  • Offer recommendations and tips to enhance the gaming experience.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Report major technical issues to the management team for further action.
  • Promote special offers, memberships, and upcoming events to customers.
  • Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Work closely with other cast members, including servers and bartenders, to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Passion for gaming and creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
